When applying for a first time license you are responsible to bring the following 4 items:
1). Original copy of Birth Certificate
2). Original Social Security Card
3). Proof of course completion (green card)
4). Proof of residence
Please ensure you bring the appropriate paperwork when applying for your license.
Successful completion of this course will deduct three points from your Drivers License.
The forms must be brought to the Concord state DMV Building.
