When applying for a first time license you are responsible to bring the following 4 items:
- Original copy of Birth Certificate
- Original Social Security Card
- Proof of course completion (green card)
- Proof of residence
Driver Improvement Program completion
Successful completion of this course will deduct three points from your Drivers License if the forms are broght to the Concord state DMV Building.
